Term and Condition

We accept payment through Cash and UPI.

50% advance payment is required to confirm an order.

The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared in full before dispatch of the goods.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Goods will not be dispatched until the complete payment against the order has been received.

Any applicable GST, carriage/transportation, packing, installation or other additional charges will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.

Prices quoted by McStudio are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise mentioned in writing.

Prices may be revised after the validity period.

Sale/offer prices are final and are not eligible for any additional discount, unless specifically mentioned by McStudio.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation, modification or refund requests will be subject to the status of the order and McStudio's approval.

Custom-made, specially ordered, imported or production-initiated items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Any approved cancellation/refund, where applicable, may be subject to deductions for costs already incurred by McStudio.

Customers are requested to carefully inspect all goods at the time of delivery/pick-up and before accepting them.

Any visible damage, defect, missing component or discrepancy should be brought to our attention before accepting the delivery.

Once the goods have been accepted and taken into the customer's possession, claims relating to visible damage or condition may not be entertained, except where required under applicable law.

Imported products are sold without warranty, unless a specific warranty is expressly mentioned in the quotation/invoice.

Customers are advised to inspect and check imported products thoroughly before accepting delivery.

McStudio shall not be responsible for issues arising after delivery that were visible or reasonably detectable at the time of inspection, subject to applicable law.

Where a warranty is applicable, it is a limited carry-in warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Under a carry-in warranty, the customer is responsible for bringing the product to our showroom/service location for inspection or repair.

Transportation, pickup, delivery and other logistics costs are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty claims will be assessed by McStudio before any repair or service is undertaken.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorised modifications/repairs, water/liquid damage, or damage caused after delivery due to external factors.

Warranty does not cover consumable or naturally deteriorating materials unless specifically stated otherwise.

No warranty is provided on fabric/upholstery materials, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Fabric colour, texture, grain and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen/display settings and the nature of the material.

Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, stitching or finish may occur and shall not necessarily be considered a manufacturing defect.

Actual product colours may vary slightly from photographs, digital images, videos or showroom displays due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings and natural material variations.

Wood, veneer, marble, stone, leather, fabric and other natural or textured materials may have variations in grain, shade, pattern, texture and finish.

Such natural variations are inherent characteristics of the material and may not be considered defects.

Customers are advised to verify dimensions, colour, material, finish and other specifications before confirming the order.

For customised products, the dimensions and specifications approved by the customer shall be considered final.

Minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process and material characteristics.

Delivery timelines provided by McStudio are estimated timelines and may vary due to manufacturing, availability, transportation, weather, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Unless specifically included in the quotation, transportation/carriage and installation charges are additional.

The customer must ensure that the delivery location has adequate access, including suitable entrances, passages, lifts, stairways and other necessary arrangements.

McStudio shall not be responsible for delays or damage arising from inadequate access or conditions at the customer's premises, subject to applicable law.

Installation, if required, will be carried out as per the product/service agreed at the time of purchase.

Any additional work required due to site conditions, civil work, electrical work, plumbing, wall/floor conditions or other site-related requirements may be charged separately.

Once the product is ready for delivery, the customer is expected to coordinate and accept delivery within the agreed period.

If delivery is delayed at the customer's request after the goods are ready, storage or additional handling charges may apply, where applicable and as communicated to the customer.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care and maintenance instructions provided for the product/material.

Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, installation, usage or handling is not covered under warranty.

Customers are advised to carefully check and confirm the product, dimensions, material, colour, finish, quantity, price and other specifications before making payment and confirming the order.

By confirming the order and making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable product specifications and these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

Any warranty provided by McStudio is limited to the terms specifically mentioned in the quotation/invoice and these Terms & Conditions. No warranty shall be implied beyond what is expressly provided, except for rights that cannot legally be excluded.

McStudio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, accidents, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, supply-chain disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any dispute or difference arising in connection with the purchase, product or services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.

Subject to applicable law, courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the transaction.

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to purchases made from McStudio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any special terms, warranty or commitments specifically mentioned in the quotation/invoice shall prevail over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.

McStudio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The applicable version shall be the version communicated to the customer at the time of the transaction.
